About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Claims Manager to join our team on a temp-to-hire basis. This individual will play a key role in managing claims processes, ensuring accuracy, and delivering exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively, and brings strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end claims management processes with accuracy and efficiency
  • Review, analyze, and resolve claims in compliance with company policies and industry regulations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate claim resolution
  • Develop and maintain documentation, reporting, and process improvements
  • Provide guidance and support to team members as needed
  • Identify trends, escalate issues, and recommend solutions to improve claim outcomes

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required with a minimum of 5 years of professional work experience, preferably in claims, insurance, or a related field
  • If no bachelor's degree: additional years of experience working specifically as a Claims Manager will be required
  • Strong knowledge of claims processing, regulatory compliance, and industry best practices
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and collaboratively
  • Proficiency with relevant software and claims management systems

Payrate- $30-37hr /Monday-Friday
